Hello
Just a quickie today as I'm determined to make some time to do some crafting. Here's a little something I'm going to do as a class next month at Chertsey Museum.

Enjoy the weekend, we have an extra day here in the UK so bonus crafting time!

Thank you for taking a look xxx

You brighten up my day

Hello
Thank you for popping by. When I have a few minutes to spare I am continuing on my mission to use up my craft stash by putting my hand into the bits and pieces box and either make something with whatever I pick up or get rid of it. It's a big box...it may take some time!

Here's a quick card made with a background from my stash that is at least a couple of years old. The owl came from a magazine my lovely husband bought me.

Have a lovely day xxx

Cheers

Hello
I'm still sticking to my resolve to use all the bits and pieces I have hoarded over the years or clear them out. Next up something for the beer lovers.

I had lovely inky fun with this and it's renewed my love of Distress Oxide inks. Might need to get a few more colours or the reinkers...as a little reward for clearing out old craft stash of course!

Materials used:
Apple Blossom embossing folder: beer words
Apple Blossom die set: beer bottle and glass
Distress Oxide ink

Any Dream Will Do

Hello
Today is a happy bonus crafting day (aka a bank holiday)! I've had a little play with my new mandala stencils and also a lovely set of feather stamps I've had nearly a couple of years but not used yet. I know shame on me!

I started by stencilling Distress Oxide ink through the Taormina stencil, then overlaying a circles stencil and lifting some of the ink with a baby wipe. I then added some outlining and pencil shading to the dreamcatcher. The feathers were stamped and coloured in pencil, before finishing off with a sentiment and sequin flowers.

Wishing you a great day...and sweet dreams tonight. xxx

Materials used:
GioGioCraft stencil: mini Taormina
small circles stencil
Aladine: clear plumes
Stamps Away: with love

One of a Kind

Hi there
Today I have for you two more cards made with bits and pieces from my stash. I'm afraid I can't recall where the main images come from or even when I stamped them! Hopefully some of you will recognise the brand and help me out. The stencils were a birthday present and I love how bold they are.

Have a great day xxx
