Hello
Today I'm sharing a birthday card which I very much hope has arrived on time (as last year it was weeks late).
First I stencilled the figure and masked it off, before adding the background with Distress Oxide through one of the new GiogioCraft stencils. I left the mask in place while I stamped some pink dots and spattered some ink. Then I added the flowers using stamp pairs with the solid and outline shapes. The numbers are die cut from glitter card, with a bit of Wink of Stella on her flowers to tie it all together.
I used pencil for a little shadow to give depth, but the card is actually flat apart from the numbers.
Thank you for taking the time to stop by. Your comments are always welcome.
Have a lovely week xx
It's amazing how a bit of shadowing can lift an image, looks great. I imagine who ever receives this is going to love it. Sending hugs, Angela xXx
ReplyDeleteIt was for Giovanna Zara so I used her stencils and this year it did arrive in time.
DeleteEheh it's safely in my hands! I really really love it...except my heart sank when I saw in paper that huge number!! Ahahah ;-)
