I know what you mean about this stamp, I have it too and I don't get too use it too often. He always looks a bit creepy to me but you have made a fabulous page. I love your background, it has so much depth to it and the colours are perfect.
ReplyDeleteThank you. I aqgree he is a bit creepy, not easy to use on a birthday card!
DeleteGreat word to use. Fabulous background to set off your main image.
ReplyDeleteThank you :-)
DeleteDo I spot a fellow stamp-a-holic? I love all the above and they look so good together on this Mixed Media page with a grungy urban feel. Can't fault it!
ReplyDeleteThank you for your comment. I was aiming for that urban feel. I recently did a tour of the street art of Liverpool and was really inspired by the colours and the energy.
DeleteI would have been by sooner, but late Tuesday night, thunderstorms knocked my power out. To make matters worse, my internet is having a meltdown, and I have to reboot after nearly every person I visit.
ReplyDeleteWhat impressed me was the unique word you chose. It was beautifully illustrated with that stamp, too. I've never seen that stamp before, but you chose your word well for its use.
I hope you're all recovered from your electrical problems. Thank you for your lovely comment x
DeleteA fabulous background and a great choice of word. Don't think I would want to meet the image on a dark night!
ReplyDeleteThank you, he is a bit sinister isn't he?
DeleteBeautiful page and I love the ape stamp. Fits the word perfectly :)
ReplyDeleteThank you xx
DeleteWow, this is a beautiful page! Fabulous stamp. Thank you for entering The Craft Barn Challenge.
