An unexpectedly clear day has meant I can treat myself to some crafting time. This fortnight's letter on
The Craft Barn dictionary challenge is K. I thought this would be a brilliant opportunity to try out some rusting powder that I bought ages ago on a keyhole. I wanted something fun and quirky to sit comfortably next to my jungle page...
Materials used:
Papermania owl stamp
PaperArtsy Fresco Finish paint
PaperArtsy rusting powder
Snap! I wanted to put something behind my keyholes but they were just too small. I love your cute owl.
ReplyDeleteThank you. My family have commented what's an owl doing looking through the keyhole? I wanted silly and I think I achieved it!
DeleteThe background wood looks good and the owl through the keyhole is fun! Great page.
ReplyDeleteThank you I was definitely aiming at something fun.
DeleteThe way you treated the keyhole was quite clever. Nicely done, and great interpretation of both the word and the letter K.
ReplyDeleteWhat lovely textures you've created on your page. Great idea to put something behind the keyhole. Lou x
