Sporting times

In recent years I've bought more art materials for painting and drawing but I still like to dabble in card making and I find the magazines are a good way to keep in touch with the trends. For Christmas my husband gave me a subscription to Creative Stamping magazine, which for me, of all the magazines, is the one I like best for the variety.

Issue 92 has a sporting theme.

Here's what I've come up with so far...

These all have particular people in mind for the forthcoming year. I'd never be drawn to buy sporting stamps as it's not a subject that has any interest for me but I think this will be a very useful set to keep hold of.

Thank you for stopping by. Have a lovely day xxx

  1. Welcome to Creative Stamping land. I too think it's the best value mag out. I love the variety of designers that contribute to the stamps.
I love your cards, especially the first one. I must confess I don't always use my stamps each month but your collection is inspiring.
    Thanks for sharing.

  2. These are brilliant cards. I agree value wise this is a great magazine and I did buy this one though not used the stamps yet but as I am not that good at thinking up ideas for male cards I am sure this will come in useful. Have a lovely weekend, Angela xXx

  3. Yes I think Creative Stamping is good to cover a particular theme in your stamps library and they are good value!
I see you've already been productive with them! x

Thank you for taking the time to comment. I really appreciate it. xx
